Brand Governance

Purpose

This Brand Governance statement sets out how the Integra Holding Ltd brand, and the brands of its subsidiaries Integra Nexus and Integra Vanguard, are structured, presented, and protected. It applies to the use of Integra Group names, logos, and visual identity by employees, partners, vendors, and third parties.

Group Structure

Integra Holding Ltd is the parent entity of the Integra Group. Integra Nexus and Integra Vanguard operate as independently branded subsidiaries under the Integra Holding Ltd umbrella, each maintaining its own visual identity within a shared brand system.

Brand Ownership

All trademarks, trade names, logos, and visual assets associated with "Integra Holding Ltd," "Integra Nexus," and "Integra Vanguard" are the property of Integra Holding Ltd and/or its subsidiaries, as applicable. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of these assets is prohibited.

Permitted Use

Third parties (including partners, clients, and media) may reference the Integra Group name and logos for accurate, factual descriptions of a business relationship or news coverage, provided that:

• The brand assets are not altered, distorted, or combined with other marks without permission
• Use does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation beyond what actually exists
• Use complies with any applicable brand guidelines issued by Integra Holding Ltd

Prohibited Use

Prohibited uses of the brand assets include:

• Using Integra Group names or logos in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, or damaging to reputation
• Creating derivative logos, marks, or names confusingly similar to Integra Group brands
• Using Integra Group brand assets to imply an official partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement without written consent

Requests to use Integra Group brand assets beyond the permitted use described above should be directed to brand@integraholdingco.com.

Enforcement

Integra Holding Ltd reserves the right to take appropriate action, including legal action, against unauthorized or improper use of its brand assets or those of its subsidiaries.
